Virtual PC doesn't emulate Firewire. Meanwhile, you could obtain it
for Firewire HD with the help of "designate folders for sharing
between the virtual machine and the Macintosh. You can also
automatically share local volumes...."
Just have a look on the help in the VPC menus.
