Not if you don't use the mouse or if you turn it OFF while you want the
computer to be napping :-) At least I don't have that problem here.
And for both you & Corentin: Maybe I just have a magic Mac, but the
IntelliPoint driver certainly seems to work here. Any settings adjustments I
make via System Preferences> Microsoft Mouse affect the device's behaviors
as expected - as long as I don't have the Pointer Option selected for System
Mouse Tracking or use the "Disable IntelliPoint..." features.
The only thing that isn't as I would like is that the battery level isn't
monitored by the OS X Keyboard & Mouse [Bluetooth] Preferences.
