Has anyone experienced an issue with mail.app (Exchange account) with a Blackberry BES in the environment, where emails in the inbox appear
twice before the duplicate automatically disappears from view? Several
of our Blackberry-enabled users have witnessed this happening in their
mail client (regardless of IMAP or Exchange being the account type)
and is driving them nuts.
All other OS X mail.app users who are not BES-enabled are working fine
with the Exchange 2003 server. Other Blackberry-enabled users on Dell
PCs w/ Outlook 2003 suffer no such problems.

As for world wide access issue, as long as your WM5 has internet/data service then you can sync.... As for BES, you can purchase the BES Enterprise Software but it will cost you money. ...
