    Howard,

Finally getting a chance to reply. Thanks for the
suggestion. However, it doesn't work in my situation. The
problem I have is that I can't get to the VPC toolbar.
Once XP has gotten to the Windows logo during startup, I
can no longer move my mouse outside the Windows "frame"
(not sure what to call it). So I can't move my mouse to
the VPC toolbar, menu bar, or anything else.

I'm wondering if I should delete VPC and try it again?
