Andrey:

I don't think you will be able to solve this issue until the Service Release
12.1.0 comes out. It is currently in testing, and Microsoft will publish it
as soon as it passes.

Your issue sounds like a known bug that we hope will be addressed by the
service release.

Don't get confused by the numbering: the fix you have is 12.0.1 which is the
"hot fix". We are all waiting on 12.1.0, the Service Release.

Hope this helps

Another possibility is that some Macs are having trouble with nVidia
graphics cards since the 10.5.2 update. Have you applied the Leopard
Graphics Update 1.0?

I installed most recent updates using Apple Software Update utility (hope that
Leopard Graphics Update 1.0 is installed)...

Can you give the specs on your Mac - Model, RAM, etc.?

Well, actually I have the issue on two Apple computers:

Computer 1: MacBook Pro (ZODL); Intel® Core? Duo 2160 Mhz; 15.4" WXGA; 1024 Mb
RAM; 100 Gb HDD; ATI Mobility Radeon X1600, 256 Mb.

Computer 2: MacBook Air (Z0FS); Intel Core? 2 Duo 1.8 GHz; 13.3"; 2 Gb RAM; 64
Gb SDD; Intel GMA X3100 144 Mb DDR2 SDRAM.

Tinkertool allows you to add the double scroll arrows.
Could you please explain what is "double scroll arrows" and why do I need to
"add" them using Tinkertool?

Try logging out/in with the Shift key down.
Unfortunately, no positive result...
