Gee Brian -
You don't say what version of what program on what OS or provide anywhere
near enough information for anyone to have any idea what you mean, let alone
what to suggest. We don't even know if you're on a Mac.
As a wild guess I'd say that what you're seeing is simply placeholder text
which you are expected to select & replace by typing whatever specific
content you wish. If that isn't it I haven't a clue.
