You have a choice too. The choice is to complain to web masters who make
such sites. Usually, but not always, complaining results in them
changing the site to be more standards compliant.

I have heavily complained more than once and I still have the same
issues with the same sites still using ActiveX.

Believe me, I *do* send feedback as often as I can.
