That message often comes after a failed install. First thing to try is
to upgrade your Office 2004 all the way to 11.3.9 from wherever it is.
It might sneak back in. Visit mactopia.com for the upgrade dance.
If that fails, you might try a "remove office" orgy before
re-installing.
