If Office is installed in the root Application folder, it can be used by all
Users on that computer. Perhaps you are confusing this with installing
Office on separate computers that are networked. You can use only one copy
of Office under this situation.

It seems that i'm strugerling! Microsoft is in the root application
folder. It snot being used over a network, just on one computer. The
second user is unable to launch any of the applications. can anyone
help?
