Looking at your crash log, this look slike a corrupted fint or font
cache issue.

Try deleting the Office Font Cache in ~/Library/Preferences/Office to
see if it helps,
If not, you can install Onyx (free) and trash your System and user font
cache. After a reboot, you should see some improvement. If not... then
you probably have a corrupted fnt somewhere. There is a FAQ about that
(though I don't have the link at hand right now). Post back if you still
have the problem and I'll give you the link,
