Can anybody help me. Because I bought the office to effectivly use it too.
What were all the things you were supposed to do?

Start by removing Office with the remove office too on the CD. Then restart
the computer and emptying the trash. Then go the disk utility and repair
permissions. Then install the new copy of Office. When complete. Empty the
trash and restart the machine again. BEFORE you do anything else, once more
use the disk utility to repair permissions. Then tell us what happens.
