Hi,
It's not very clear what steps I should take to reproduce the problem you
are experiencing. Did you copy and paste from Draw and/or Illustrator? Did
you import pictures from files? If so, what format? What versions of each
of the products involved are you using?
If you're using Word 2004, have you tried ungrouping (control-click the
objects for the menu) and then re-grouping before printing?
