Hi Bino -

A properly done maggie should not cause any comments to be lost. It's just a
matter of copying all but the last paragraph marker (¶) & pasting to a new
blank document. unfortunately the error message doesn't explain much to any
of us :-) But based on what you describe I have a feeling that you are
dealing with a corrupt document. You don't say "how" it's been going back &
forth so I can't suggest anything other than standard suggestions for
un-corrupting a document. Those are available at this link along with some of

Since you're using Comments I suspect you may also be using Track Changes,
which, if they've been allowed to perpetually accumulate may very well be the
source of the corruption.

If this has been going back & forth as an attachment teh other party should
still have a the last version forwarded to you. Have them send it again & use
the suggestions on that page on that version rather than the one tht's
already lost the comments.
