Additional to Corentin's reply: the items you referred to by name are
components of a feature called the Elements Gallery. That Gallery cannot be
modified or customized - only collapsed or expanded.
Also, if you go to View> Toolbars notice the separator line between the
listing for Tables & Borders and AutoText. Those above the separator can be
Docked or UnDocked [except for Standard which can only be Docked]. Those
below the separator - including any custom toolbars - cannot be Docked.

I want to integrate some toolbars (eg standard or formatting) in a word or
excel doc as you can do with Office 2008 & Leopard or any PC (rather than have
them 'floating' above or on the side). I think I used to have it but I cannot
do it anylonger. The only 'inserted' items I have are 'Doc Elements, Quick
tables, etc'
It's an issue that Mac staff cannot solve and they believe that maybe it's
because I have Tiger and not Leopard.
We tried to reset toolbars, to drag the toolbar into the word doc, etc but so
far no luck. any suggestions?
