Sorry for your misfortune, Rafael, but this is neither a Word nor a
Microsoft issue. This newsgroup will most likely not be able to troubleshoot
it for you very effectively. You'd be better off in the Apple Discussions
forum which you can find here:

.... Unless you were using some other type of software for your backup
process, in which case the vendor/developer site of that program would be
the most appropriate source of support.

Hi,
I've lost, both on the computer and in the ext HD, the files & folders that
were in a 1.2 gb folder (mostly word docs).
I lost them in both places while I was working from one to the other on
backing up.
I've looked all over?trash, etc.
I haven't closed word, any of the other programs, or the computer.
Do they exist anywhere and can I retrieve them?
