See Word | Preferences | Print, and uncheck "document properties" (under Include with Document)

Every time I want to print a Word document, I also print automatically a "report" like that on EVERY word document... It's very annoying !!

NO PRB with any other programs.. excel or entourage... ONLY with word2004
