OK, you have a different issue. In your case, the spelling checker/grammar
checker is crashing because of something I does not like in the structure of
that document.

With Word shut down, Find and re-name your Normal template.

Re-start Word, and try again in a blank document. The problem should be
fixed.

If it is, CAREFULLY select everything EXCEPT the last paragraph mark in the
bad document, copy, and paste into a new clean blank document, then save
under a different file name.

That might fix it: if it doesn't, come back and I will suggest some other
things.
