You're still just using the Preview mode which is representative of what a
*** of labels will look like based on the form doc & the Data Source.
Notice that the actions in the Data Merge Manager palette are listed in a
sequential order... You haven't gotten to the last step as yet:-)

In the Merge (last) section of the Data Merge Manager click the Merge to New
Document button. That will generate a new doc with however many pages
necessary so you can preview the whole thing then print and/or save that
doc. Or you can click the Merge to Printer button to print the labels
immediately without having the merged doc generated.

I created a merge document of labels and can merge a data file to it. But I
can't figure out how to create multiple pages. The data file has 4 pages
worth
of data but the main document just merges the first thirty records on one
page.
Can I merge more than 30 (the number of labels in the main doc) at a time?

Thanks. (Office X)
