Return Address on Word envelopes and hyphenation

Cannot seem to change the return address when doing an envelope in
Word. Can only use the return address as determined by my user file.
Not handy when you need to change the address from husband and wife to
husband only or wife only. The Help page clearly says that you can
change this but I don't seem to be able to select my default return
address and do it. Any help?


Also, the only way I can hyphenate a document is to do Page View on it
and then it hyphenates. Even though I have it set on Automatic
Hyphenation it still will not do it. Is there some way I can put
Automatic Hyphenate in the Normal style as I think that would solve
the problem. I just don't know how to make this change on the Normal
style.
