I am working on a cookbook and I am using Word to do this BUT how can
I format the pages so that it can be printed in a book form. For
example, I want to format an 81/2" x 11" page to contain to pages of
my book. Each page would be 5.25" wide x 11" high. Is there a way to
do this in Word? Please help.
Format » Document » Margins
Choose mirror margins and specify a massive gutter.
Of course you will have to attack the output with a guillotine before
binding, since the paper is not wide enough to print two columns 5.25"
wide. You may also need to play with the odd and even page print
options if you don't have a duplex printer.
If you really meant 8 1/2" high, then one of CocoaBooklet, or my
favourite ? CheapImpostor ? is a better route to make a booklet from a
Word doc.
