Hi,

I was fooling around in VBA where I shouldn't have been and instead of
getting a working macro I got a transparent cursor. I hope there's a
quick fix. I hope there's someone out there who can give me a quick
fix, 'cause I'm on a deadline.

Why is it that every problem or glitch I come up with is almost never
in the "Help" program?

Rafael

What about if you try to discard (trashed) your normal template? The
macros should be stored there if you did not changed the location of
them.
Close Word, try to delete the normal template and try to run word if
that will help.
You know other things than just macros are stored in your normal
template so backup/move to some place wheer word cannot see it would
be wisdom (such as on flash drive which you disconect prior to running
word again...)

I quit word. I was asked if I wanted to replace the existing normal
template. I said 'yes'. Word quit. When I opened word, the cursor
was back to black. Have I done right in 'replacing the existing
Normal'?
