Cannot print any Word or Office docs after upgrading to OS X 10.4.9

After upgrading my Mac to OS X 10.4.9, Microsoft Office X will not
print any docs. I can print from other programs, Pages, FireFox,
Etc., without a problem.
I get the following error message:
"WORD cannot print due to a problem with the current printer. Make
sure you have a printer selected in the Print Center. You may need to
print again or adjust your printer settings

I've tried to print/Preview to PDF, and I get the same error.

Some detials on my setup.
iMac Core Duo, 1.5 GB RAM 100GB free space.
Office X
HP 3600n LaserJet

Here is what I have already tried.
Repaired permissions
Re-optimized system with Onyx-x
Ran maintenance scripts
Deleted various .plist files (Office, Word, Printer)
Removed & re-added printer form print center.
Updated printer drivers
Re-installed original printer drivers from OSX disk
Removed and reinstalled OfficeX
Updated OfficeX to 10.1.9

None of this has worked, I am at the end of my rope.
Any ideas?
