Customizing envelope

I use the print Envelope in the tools menu. which I have setup to use the #10 Business envelope.

Can I, And how can I add a picture or Logo (in jpeg format) so that every time I call up an envelope through tools menu it will automatically have the Logo on it.

I can add each time and save the envelope for reuse. But I ma constantly adding new names.

This for my Treasury position with my Electronics Association.

I'm giving the post up after 16 years but would like to pass on to the next Treasurer so it would be one less thing to deal with.
