Okay, that makes much more sense. Many templates don't have any sort of guidelines or containers like that, so the answer to your question depends on what your template is made of and how those boxes were created.

Do you know what is creating those guidelines? Is it a table, text boxes, frames? You might need to reformat them, in a COPY, to get them to print.

Alternatively, dodge the whole issue and send your customers a screen shot.
