Yes, but you will need to edit the HTML directly. Use Word's View>HTML
Paste the following line into the HEAD tag:
<meta http-equiv="Refresh" content="0300" />
This will cause compliant browsers to reload the page every 300 seconds.

I'm making pages in word and am very happy with the results. Since I'm
constantly changing content and I have a bunch of "regulars" visiting
my site AND not all of them are web sophisticates, I'd like my pages to
automatically refresh/reload when loading, so they don't get the old
news. Is there anyway, when creating the page, that I can insert code
that will do that??????
