Can't answer that one until you tell us the versions of the software
involved. Generically, you need to ask her what format she sent you, and
install the appropriate applications.
Hint: Whatever it was, it was NOT "QuickTime" :-) She needs to tell you
what the file format is that she sent you, and you need to tell us what
you're using.
With the amount of information you sent so far, the only thing we can say is
"Buy a Mac..." :-)
