Yes, we have heard of that issue. It's not a conversion issue, it's a
locking/unlocking/permissioning/temporary files issue.
I do not remember seeing a cure for it yet.
Just for grins, log one of your "trusted" users on to an account that is the
administrator on the server in question and see how the problem changes. I
suspect it may go away, which will provide fuel for your investigations.
It may well turn out to be something messy such as the Temp file on the
user's local hard drive needing the same account permissioning as the object
file on the server...
Hopefully someone else will have more information...
