Strange Word Document Issue
I have a couple users where whenever they open a word document they
have created the system tries to connect to instance of the network
server volumes even though the file has been created and saved locally
to the desktop or user's documents folder.
Is this something to do with document template corruption? I have tried
replacing the user templates with the ones I originally created - a new
document from one of the templates generated the same issue though only
trying to connect one network server volume instance!
I've also tried setting up a new user on the machines - thinking it may
have something to do with corrupt program preferences - without any
joy.
Does anyone have any idea what may be causing this and how I might be
able to rectify the issue?
