Word 2001
Hi,
I forgot to mention that the same thing happens with the items and their
placements in the toolbars at the top of the screen. I have carefully gone
into "Customize" to add an item or to rearrange items on the toolbars, only
to see them disappear, or revert to their previous locations when word has
quit and then opened again.
