Hi again,
I just realized (duh!) that if it were a permissions/locked issue, you
wouldnąt be able to open *any* of the Office apps, not just Word. So it
isnąt that.
I know it doesnąt seems to make sense, but crash-on-launch is most often due
to font conflicts or corruption. I know you probably didnąt change your
fonts during the SuperDuper procedure, but that doesnąt mean a font issue
couldnąt have arisen. If no better suggestion surfaces, you should probably
try testing for corrupt and/or duplicate fonts. See the following URL for
