Sometimes when I am moving quickly through a long document Word switches off
the ³Check spelling as you type² option (I think because it hasn¹t the
memory to refresh each page) and tells me I have to use the spelling checker
separately. This has happened so many times and I should have switched off
the ³Check spelling...² before I started scrolling down, but I usually
forget.
The problem is that once Word has switched this off, I cannot get the ³Check
spelling as you type² back again when I am moving slowly through the
document and when I actually want Word to put all those handy red and green
lines under text it is querying.
Is there any way I can reset the document so I can get the check spelling &
grammar back again?
Thanks for any help
Oz
