Hi Mike,

It looks to me as if your header and footer are set up to be within .5 inch
of the edges of the paper, which is less than the margin limitations of most
printers. Are you using the same printer now as when you were in Word 2001?
Since Word takes its cue from the printer it's formatted for, this could
explain it.

Go to Page Setup and be sure "Format For" is set to the right printer. If
you no longer have the old printer available and the current printer won't
print within .5 inch from the edge of the page, then you'll just have to
change the margins of your document.

P.S. Most people won't open an attachment on a newsgroup. The only reason
I saw yours is because Entourage allows me to view an attachment without
opening it. You're best off posting an image to a website and giving the
URL for it. Otherwise, it's best to stick to a verbal description.
