If you know what you are doing with SymLinks, you can alias the temporary
file locations the user needs to the system Temp folder on their local
machine, to which they can be given full access.
If you can work out how to do this, that would seem to be a solution worth
exploring. I am afraid I am not a Unix person, so I don't know how to do
this. But Corentin is, and he should be a long in a moment :-)
