It could be margins....are yours set to anything unusual? Are the
headers/footers really close to the edge?

A few things to try:

See if Printing to PDF works--if it does, it suggests it might be a
corrupted printer driver? In which case try reinstalling the printer
driver.

I'd also try testing to see if your Normal template got corrupted somehow,
since this happens with all documents.

(hit refresh a few times in Safari, or use a different browser)
Start with, under General Troubleshooting, the links re Normal Template,
Global templates, and Damaged Preferences.

I don't know enough to suggest a preferred order to check these in, though
if this problem appeared soon after updating to 10.3.5, maybe I'd start with
the driver route, maybe even see if HP has released a more recent OS X for
your printer.
