Nevertheless, examining the Identities folder is the way to go. For
example, if you've used the trick of moving aside your Entourage
database and pointing at it through an alias within the Identities
folder, you'll get this error if something goes wrong with the alias (I
know this from experience). If worse comes to worst you may have to
start up Entourage and switch identities and see if that fixes it. m.
