How to import addressbook(for envelopes and labels) word 98

I am taking word 98 from old iMac to new flat screen iMac (1gig) and cannot
find where word 98 stores addresses,styles,and autotext. Have tried can
anyone tell me how to do it please :-) I'm desparate and running out of time
