Well, you said updating to 10.1.2 causes the problem--it's not unheard of
for an update for have to fix problems caused by previous updates, so I
wondered if you had checked if adding on the 10.1.4 and 10.1.5 updates fixed
it. Or did you first discover the problem after updating all the way to
10.1.5? and then tracked it down to the 10.1.2 update.

Also, why do you have compatibility options set for different versions?
Well, never mind, obviously you have a good reason, but have you tested the
problem when leaving the compatibility just set to Office X?

And, just out of curiosity, does the problem appear in print preview as well
as in printing?

Someone else had a printing problem that appeared in one user, but not in
another. Trying a new user might help locate the conflict on your system.
