Is Word X version 10.1.4 the latest?

At some time in the past, I applied Updates to Microsoft Office, but I'm
not sure which updates or when. I have checked my version of Word with
Get Info and see it is 10.1.4. My version of Excel, however, is 10.1.5.

Does this mean I do or don't need to Update with the most recent update,
10.1.5, from 2003?
