Hi Wendy,

I let AlSoft's DiskWarrior do its thing on my hard drive and found Office
speeds almost doubled.

Are you running more applications at once now? Using bigger files or more
features? You could be running out of real RAM and MacOS is now using your
hard drive as additional memory. When this happens things get really slow.
The cure is to add lots of real memory.
