Beth,
None of the proferred solutions worked.
One note: I cannot reset the toolbar, since I cannot click on the
drawing box in the Customize Mode. It is frozen.
What options do I now have?
Will uninstalling Office remove all traces of the program, including
any preferences that may be causing the conflict? This may be a
drastic measure, but I need access to the Draw capabilities of the
program.
While I appreciate you help, what will MS do further to help me solve
this problem?
Tom
