envelope printing problem in word x

I had exactly the same problem with my laserjet 1200. The
only solution I found was to revert to the original version
of WordX (10.0.0) from the CD. Something about the WordX
updates broke the envelope function. I complained, but I
don't think the problem has ever been addressed.

I have no idea what the updates are supposed to do for
WordX. It works fine for me in the original version. There
is another workaround, but it requires creating your own
envelope template, which besides being a big pain in the
neck, defeates the envelope utility function in WordX.
