I don't believe you can do so directly. The Org Chart program is a limited
applet & doesn't provide for customization. However, it relies on the Color
Scheme used in PPt & makes those colors available in the chart formatting.
The color scheme used in PPt can be customized and each slide can have a
different color scheme.

Re: PowerPoint 2007 crashes when moving Pie Chart ... It does not mention SP2, and I've been unable to confirm if it's supposed to fix our problem with charts crashing or not. ...
