Some users had success inserting the QuickTime movie on the Mac side and
seeing it on the Windows side using this unsupported Windows utility. You
still need to make sure the video is in the same folder in the presentation
when you insert it on the Mac and when you run it on the PC.

iMovie does not include an "Export to PowerPoint" function. You could save
it as a QuickTime movie and run it in QuickTime Player on the Windows side.
