If the macro's running perfectly in a different account, then it's not a
problem with the macro.
Do you have any add-ins loaded? Are any other workbooks open when this
happens?
You might have a font problem. With all Office apps closed, try turning
off all the fonts in your ~:Library:Fonts folder using Font Book.
BTW - My filters initially flagged your post for deletion, based on the
alias you used. In general, the gestalt in these groups is to use real
(or at least real-looking) names, and there's really no need to be
crude, especially when you use a normal-looking email address. You
obviously are free to do what you want, especially since you use the
alias in other groups, but I'll choose to leave future posts in the
delete bin.
