Unable to view documents in public folders...

I have a client who is running Leopard and Entourage 2008. She is able to access all public folders that have emails, calendars, contacts etc. But they have a public folder that has documents that she is unable to view. I have tried synchronizing etc. but it does not work. This is running on a SBS 2008 network.
