problem with the "from" field of some contacts

Hello,

I have a problem with the content of the field "from" that entourage shows in some cases.

For example, all the messages from one of my job mates allways have the field "from" set as "<Rubio Antequera>" (the simbols <> are shown). When I open the message and click in the name, entourage shows me an empty contact card (with no email address) and the name is set as "<Rubio" and the surname is set as "Antequera>". It seems like entourage doesn't link the "from" field with my contact for that person.
If I click in reply, Entourage creates an empty message with two addresses, one has the symbol "?" in colour green and the label "<Rubio Antequera>" (and if i click in that name it has not an email address) and another that is the correct contact name with the correct email address.

I have my email account configured as IMAP and if i use the mail.app client for the same account, the same messages are shown correct and Mail.app recognizes my contact from my address book and uses the correct name in the ?from? field.

I use Exchange server 2007 as a mail server.

Can I do something to achieve that entourage manages the field from and the email addresses correctly?
