Thanks Michael, but if I'm understanding the feature you linked me too, this
isn't the problem I'm seeing.

The article is clearly saying that the problem they're describing (which is
about the recipient's name field, not the sender's name field) was caused by
the fact that Entourage didn't find a matching address in the Exchange
address book. But in my case the correct names (and addresses) ARE in the
Exchange address book, but Entourage is still showing me incorrect sender's
details. AND the correct information is also contained in my local address
book. But still it appears incorrectly, but only in Entourage.
So unless I'm misunderstanding something, my problem persists...
Thanks for your attention.

If I understand you correctly, you are saying that messages you have
received are showing sender names in the "From" headers that you think
are incorrect names.

You should know that there is little you can do to control the displayed
names in received message "From" headers, since that information is
supplied by the sender of the message. If the sender has their email
client configured to send with that display name, that's what you get -
and the only way to change it is for the *sender* of the message to
change the configuration of *their* email client.

E-mail sent to this address may be devoured by my very hungry SPAM
