My bad. I should have replied that we are on Exchange 2007 as of 3 or
4 months ago. So you're saying that this problem is caused by in
Entourage by E2K7 automatically accepting (tentatively) all
appointments? Does this have to be changed globally, or can it be
changed in Entourage?
This is a server-side feature but it can't be turned off/on with Entourage. Outlook may be able to do this but I'm not sure. Your Exchange Server admin should be able to tell you if he can turn it off for your account.
Hope this helps!
