Failure to generate mail: new, reply or forward document form

I have 3 identities. Comcast is the provider on two of the 3. One of the Comcast identities works perfectly; the other identity ?bobfesler@xxxxxxxxxxx? receives mail perfectly, but will not generate a new email form. The 3rd identity is through an different service provider and works perfectly.

The installation from Outlook Express worked perfectly. All of my folders and data are in place.
