Does anyone know if the MacBU has plans to address what appears to be an old
and ongoing issue with ActiveSync devices and sent items in Entourage (MS KB
Article 926521)? Sent items from an iPhone or any ActiveSync device connected
to an exchange server are appearing in Entourage as
encrypted/encoded/unreadable. the same items appear fine in OWA and Outlook.
Though it has been an issue for years, my feeling is we are going to see a
number of confused users now that the iPhone supports ActiveSync.
Anyone who does know would be unable to say anything in here.
Historically, MS has not pre-announced what bug-fixes will be in the
next release.
If this issue is important to you, please send feedback to MS via the
'send Feedback' menuitem under the Entourage Help menu. The more people
that ask for it to be fixed the more chance there is of fixing it...
